What the request form collects

Your name, work email, company, monthly card volume range and any note you write. It also records the page you arrived from and the campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, which ad), so I can tell which outreach works.

What I use it for

To reply to your request and send a quote. I don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also delivers the form message to my inbox. Cloudflare sees visits to the site as any host does. The form also runs a bot check from Cloudflare (Turnstile), which looks at the visitor's browser and network details to tell people from automated scripts. No other service receives what you type in the form.

Report files

If you later send a Payment Accounting Report, we agree first how it is shared and how long it is kept. I will ask you to remove personal columns such as shopper details and card numbers before sending, and I never need API keys or access to your Adyen account.
